It`s one of the most traditional brands in electronics of Argentina, with more than 60 years of trajectory producing products for all the family, official sponsor of the Selection of Soccer. Its extension of lines includes TV (conventional, flat and LCD), DVD/DVR, audio system, portable audio, car audio, air conditioning and accessory (pen drive, auricular and connection kit)
Situation
Based on the research done by CUOMA in its own initiative was verified that the Noblex presence in the internet was not aligned with the brand image and therefore needed a restyling.
Solution
We searched for a young, fresh and especially dynamic esthetical look, with direct access to the products and a brighter presentation of these. In the "technical service" section was included a dynamic board which allow to find quickly those authorized technical services in the country. In the section of "contacts" It was carried out an important change that, though the user does not perceive it, they get profits from it: You can pick an area of the company depending on your need and leave you comment, that information will be added to a database administered by the company from where they can do a monitoring of the management carried out in each case.
The better positioning in search engines due to the contents updateing and the new esthetic resulted in an increment in the daily visits to the site. The product manager and customer service department recognized the new site as a great support tool for their daily work.
