Speedy is Telefonica's internet service. It’s a very well positioned brand especially as a broadband provider.
Situation
Speedy`s web site has thousands of daily visits, both of clients and not clients. The company decided that it was necessary to differentiate the communication in two home pages, the first one has the commercial proposal for those who are not clients yet, and the other has information needed by clients.
Result
In accordance with the Terra Network’s managers´s feedback, the aims have been reached successfully. Sizing up the reaction of the public, it was detected that the current clients have improved their navigation experience, gaining direct access to specific pages designed specially for them, this way they feel differentiated from the rest and recognized for having chose Speedy. The “not clients” home page was designed to exploit to the maximum spaces for promotions, services, benefits and contacts ways.
