Can people have fun while is working?

Being happy is something that people always want to reach because everybody wants to be happy and people must work too. So… Don’t you think that it’s better to fix fun and work?

We think that people can! And it must be like that.
At Cuoma, we think that having fun should be necessary in order to be part of the company. Perhaps it seems to be a dream but having fun during the work day improves people’s life quality.
The goals seem to be easier and closer if people work in a warm environment.

How to do it?
Being confident! First of all, you have to trust in people who guide you as they have to think about making you feel as better as they could. Life changes if people who work 8 or 9 hours a day try to improve the conditions of work.

Being happy is something that people always want to reach because everybody wants to be happy and people must work too. So… Don’t you think that it’s better to fix fun and work?

The key should be seeking a balance, which is not easy to find but it isn’t impossible:

- Be thankful

- Ability to apologize and accept criticisms

- Listen, understand and then act

- Detect and resolve conflicts

- Share the joy

- Communicates in a clear and simple way

- Attend to things that seem small

Lot of people have the possibility to choose where and with who works and it is something to focus, looking for the balance that we have been talking previously.

Why companies have to make investments on branding actions

When someone decides to build up a business, the first thing that propably will think about is about making it profitable. But it’s a big mistake. There are a lot of things to think in order to build it up in a good way.

Since the first step and then during the process, the responsible for the project have to think about the brand building, because the brands are the most valuable thing, and companies have to work hard on that process.

A brand reflects what a company is, says and what the company does. And it’s made from customer’s feelings, thoughts and perceptions too.

“First of all we have to be recognized, then we have to make customers embrace the brand and finally we have to make them suggest their pairs choosing us”.

A brand is not a logo or a product. A brand is a person gut feeling which consist of the company hard working. A brand could be though as a mix between company, customers, society and environment needs.

Companies should match their targets with the customers needs and with the society’s ones, because social responsibility will make a difference for them too.

We lives in a world which is being bombarded with a lot of different kinds of brands an products and for that reason is essential to add attributes and think about making the difference.

Sanyo, Noblex y Atma, better positioned and more visits

CUOMA managed to increase the visits to the Newsan group brands Sanyo, Noblex and Atma websites.

“Every year there are more Internet users who make different visits and web searches from their homes. That´s why we came to CUOMA in order to make our brands offer the information that the navigator is looking for in a more attractive and easy way,” indicates Marcelo Romeo, Newsan’s advertising manager.

CUOMA, the design and communication study led by Adrián Ojeda, Santiago Martínez and Fabián Cuenca, made Newsan’s brands web site visits increase between 80% and 200% due to their redesign made in 2007.

During the last quarter of 2007, CUOMA managed to treble the website visits compared to the same quarter of the previous year. This proves that Cuoma managed to position Newsan’s web as attractive and simple for their clients giving them easy access to the brand’s information and products.

After the redesign made to every website, taking into consideration the different targets and each brand’s characteristic, an increase of 174% was registered in the visits of the Atma website, 86% in Noblex and 209% in Sanyo.

With a more elaborated design, a modern and technological look and feel, Cuoma managed to modernize the appearance of the products in line with the attributes of the brands, as well as optimize the performance of the sites having them index-linked to the search engines in order to make them appear first.
